We prep and submit your application
1–3 business daysWe collect the documents lenders need, package your application correctly for each matched lender, and submit to 2–4 simultaneously. This matters: banks see pre-screened, well-presented applications and respond faster. You compare real offers — with real rates — side by side.
We work with 30+ bank and non-bank lenders — including DBS, OCBC, UOB, Funding Societies, ANEXT, and Validus — so your application reaches the right institution, not just the most convenient one.
You sign. We get paid.
Only when you succeedOnce a lender approves and disburses your loan, we charge 4–5% of the approved amount. That's it. No consultation fees. No application processing charges. No retainer. If we don't get you funded, you pay nothing. Our business only works when yours does.
Questions about the process
How long does the whole process take?
From quiz submission to funded — typically 5 to 10 business days for SME loans. Property loans take 3 to 6 weeks depending on the bank. We'll give you a realistic timeline specific to your situation during our first call.
What if I get matched but don't want to proceed?
No problem. There's no obligation at any stage. If after our call you decide to go directly to a lender or use another broker, that's completely fine. We only earn when you succeed — so we have no reason to pressure you.
Do I need to prepare any documents before the quiz?
Nothing for the quiz. Once we've spoken and you decide to proceed, we'll tell you exactly which documents your matched lenders need — typically your last 6 months of bank statements and your ACRA bizfile. We help you prepare the package.
Who reviews my application at FundWise?
Our brokers review every profile personally before it goes to lenders. We work with a curated panel of broker partners and lenders — so your application gets matched to the right specialist, not just the nearest available person.
What if no lender approves my application?
You pay nothing. We also don't disappear — we'll give you an honest assessment of what's affecting your eligibility and what you can do to improve it before applying again. Some clients come back 3 months later and succeed. We stay in touch.
